sorry there was a mis-communication, what I meant was "I believe they are producing a new street legal M3 GTR just as before with previous M3 GTRs, I have seen pics a white, flared fender, M3 on Google image search which were labeled MR3 GTR. Google it and I am sure it will come up especially if you search using the new chassis i.d it looked largely the same as the one in the video minus the decals and such. Sorry for my first confusing message, I should have just cut out all of the wordiness.

They make street legal version M3 GTRs they are extremely rare and extremely expensive. The E46 GTR was over half million US dollars and produced 444 BHP it was in a 2002 issue of Roundel (Official BMW Enthusiast magazine) which features the McLaren F1 in the same issue.
